The English and Spanish language versions of TPM have been updated. This is a minor update to fix an issue with running the program from the Start menu shortcut on Windows Vista. The Members menu now has an Updates section where you can download an update installation program. |

The Spanish version of Teacher's Personal Markbook is now officially released. You can try it for free, or buy it now. If English is your second language and Española is your first, now TPM is now even easier to use. This is the first in a series of International versions of Teacher's Personal Markbook. The next release will be in French. |

A version of Teacher's Personal Markbook in Spanish is nearing completion. It will be ready for release in early October 2008. All the menus, dialogues and messages have been translated into the Spanish language. The Help information will still only be in English, as this is a quite large at 36,576 words and there are no immediate plans to translate it. |

Internal work is being done on TPM in preparation for international versions of the program that will be available in languages other than English. There are plans to translate all text in the program including menus, dialogues and messages.
The languages chosen will depend on the interest shown by TPM users. |

A trial version of TPM is now available with a different installer that does not use Microsoft Installer technology. If you get a MSI related error when running Tpminst.exe in some cases you may need to be update to the most recent version of the Microsoft Installer.
If you cannot (or do not want to) upgrade your Windows Installer Service you can instead use a Teacher's Personal Markbook install program that does not require MSI.
