Vista says that Tpminst.exe has an Unidentified Publisher, is it safe to install? |

Windows Vista has a feature called User Account Control. It helps prevent software from installing itself onto your system that could potentially cause problems.
Many software programs are listed as having an Unidentified Publisher. SMPCS is not large enough to be a recognised publisher, but you can still install Teacher's Personal Markbook with confidence.
If you get a message such as the above, you need to choose the "Allow" option to let the installation continue.
